Description
This is a Hybrid role, hours are flexible and need to be over 5 days

Salary £27,000 pro rata

Your role

  • Approving expenses for the business.
  • Run monthly reports.
  • Assist with the administration of P46 and P11d on an annual basis.
  • Order/cancel any company credit cards when required.
  • Manage the timesheets of temporary employees.
  • Purchasing office supplies such as stationery and furniture.
  • Organise first aid training/book courses and manage the diaries.
  • Identification/running of recycling schemes.
  • Liaise with gardeners/ gritters/ window cleaners/ contractor cleaners.
  • Manage new starters inductions/ leavers exits on the payroll system.
  • Ensure all employees details are correct on the system.
  • Payroll Admin experience is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 2 years administration experience
  • Professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail
