This is a Hybrid role, hours are flexible and need to be over 5 daysSalary £27,000 pro rata
Your role
- Approving expenses for the business.
- Run monthly reports.
- Assist with the administration of P46 and P11d on an annual basis.
- Order/cancel any company credit cards when required.
- Manage the timesheets of temporary employees.
- Purchasing office supplies such as stationery and furniture.
- Organise first aid training/book courses and manage the diaries.
- Identification/running of recycling schemes.
- Liaise with gardeners/ gritters/ window cleaners/ contractor cleaners.
- Manage new starters inductions/ leavers exits on the payroll system.
- Ensure all employees details are correct on the system.
- Payroll Admin experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- 2 years administration experience
- Professional manner
- Strong attention to detail
