Job Title:
HR Advisor

Salary: 27k per annum

Location:
Stevenage

Hours: 8am to 4.30pm

Contract: 9 months fixed contract

Profile:

Our client is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis on a 9-month contract.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Excellent attention to detail
Selfmotivated and uses own initiative
Ability to manage own time effectively
Problem solving skills

Responsibilities:

Maintaining the HR records and accurate HR records
Overseeing full recruitment and onboarding experiences
Provide professional support and advise to Line Managers / complaints and employee relations issues
Organising company wide social events
Ensuring all absence information is logged onto the HR systems / fit notes / return to work
Overseeing probation reviews
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Line Managers with a good understanding of their work

Additional Information:

20 days plus bank holidays
Pension
