    We are looking to hire a Senior Client Accountant role to work on one of our largest instructions as part of the national portfolio team.

    This includes assisting on the day to day client accounting and reporting on a portfolio of UK Industrial and Office buildings.

    Our Commercial Property Asset Management department has a vacancy for a Senior Client Accountant to provide support to the Partners and team.

    The role includes assisting on the day to day client accounting and reporting on a portfolio of UK Industrial and Office buildings.

    Preparation of variance analysis with explanations for them
    Processing database amendments on the system
    Assisting with service charge budgeting, reconciliation and cash reconciliation
    Proving support for junior staff
    Liaison with credit control, purchase ledger & treasury teams

    We would expect the successful candidate to liaise with Surveyors and on site staff based in different locations through the country and also with the specialist teams within the accounts team e.g.

    Treasury, Accounts Payable and Credit Control.

    We are looking for an organised, driven and energetic individual who can pick up systems quickly and has a good accounting knowledge.


    Full Client/Management Accounting:
    Tax reporting & HMRC Submissions (CIS, VAT, NRL).
    Database & Lease Administration


    Service Charge Accounting:
    Service charge reviews & Cash Reconciliations
    Cashflows & Budget Variance Analysis
    Client accountants - Supervision and assisting more junior members of the team
    Credit control
    Purchase ledger
    Treasury
    Surveyors, Facility Management, On-site staff, Associates, Partners
    Experienced Client Accountant or Senior Client Accountant experience within a similar environment
    Proficient Microsoft Excel & Word skills
