Customer Service Executive Position Available
Are you driven to build solid business relationships and help companies thrive? We're looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our clients team in Bradford on a temporary ongoing basis.
Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate records of interactions using the CRM system
- Reach out to businesses via phone to introduce the clients products and services
- Encouraging engagement and managing overdue payments through outbound calls
- Occasionally attend events to network and represent our client's services
- Connect businesses with relevant services, both internal and external
- Identify opportunities to attract new members through lead generation and promote services
- Implement strategies to retain customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably B2B
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 weeks
Pay:
£12.00-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
