Customer Service Executive Position Available


Are you driven to build solid business relationships and help companies thrive? We're looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our clients team in Bradford on a temporary ongoing basis.

The role may also become a permanent opportunity for the right person If you enjoy making meaningful connections and have a knack for problem-solving, this role is for you


Responsibilities:


  • Keep accurate records of interactions using the CRM system
  • Reach out to businesses via phone to introduce the clients products and services
  • Encouraging engagement and managing overdue payments through outbound calls
  • Occasionally attend events to network and represent our client's services
  • Connect businesses with relevant services, both internal and external
  • Identify opportunities to attract new members through lead generation and promote services
  • Implement strategies to retain customers

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably B2B
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 6 weeks


Pay:
£12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
