Description

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a large public sector organisation in North Yorkshire, who are looking to recruit a Finance Officer.

This role offers hybrid working on an interim basis for an initial 3-6-month period and will be paying£12-£15 per hour dependent on experience.

Duties will include;

Process purchase invoices / credit notes
Receive, sort and process AP suppliers' invoices and credit notes
Review and reconcile supplier statements and reminders
Raise sales invoices and credit notes
Reporting on the age and status of outstanding debts
Resolve payment related problems

Person:

Previous transactional finance experience
Excellent communication skills with the ability to relay financial information to nonfinancial staff
Strong excel skills
