We have an opportunity in our Great Chesterford Office for an HR Administrator to join our team supporting the Southern Region of the business working with Operations Managers on day-to-day people issues.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in Human Resources.


The job role includes:

  • Onboarding new colleagues to meet Company and legal standards.
  • HR record creation and maintenance.
  • Ongoing support for managers in the daytoday management of their teams. Strong relationships with the Operations teams and other support teams will be key to the success of the job holder.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and licensing requirements in the HR area.
  • Monitoring progress against targets using internal systems and taking appropriate action to achieve goals.
  • Supporting the business through disciplinary and grievance processes ensuring that all statutory and internal standards are met with support and guidance where necessary.
  • Supporting TUPE processes
