Role

The role of the Lead Instructor is to supervise and work with the instructors in the delivery of safe, high quality, educational and fun activity experiences for customers.

This role requires driving to venues across the U.K and involves overnight stays.

This role
does not involve weekend work, although on rare occasions you may be asked to leave on a Sunday night.

Responsibilities

Driving company vehicle and other team members to venues
Delivering quality activity days to large groups of students of varying ages from diverse backgrounds
Liaising with teachers before and during event
Managing, motivating and developing other team members and freelance instructors
Maintaining activity equipment to a high standard
Developing new activity ideas
Work flexibly and undertake any other duties reasonably required by WiseUp Team Building management

Requirements:

You must be at least 21 years old. This is for vehicle insurance reasons
A full U.K driving license is essential (with maximum of 6 points)
Confident driving a minibus sized vehicle. A vehicle will be provided for business use
Experience working with young people
Previous team management experience
Ability to deliver presentations and activities to a broad range of customers
Demonstrate effective organisational and time management skills
Display strong leadership ethics and ability
Demonstrate flexibility, problem solving ability and a strong work ethic
A willingness to positively embrace and implement industry and company policies and procedures
