Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Services Advisor.

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN A CALL CENTRE CUSTOMER SERVICES ENVIRONMENT

To provide an efficient and streamlined service to customers of West
Lancashire Borough Council and be the first point of contact for Garden Waste and Bin related enquiries.
To provide this service via telephony from the Contact Centre in either
Ormskirk or Skelmersdale.
Knowledge and experience of providing a customer focused front line telephony enquiry service
