    Systems Engineering Manager
    You will be managing a multifunctional close-knit team made up of Mechanical, Electrical and Software engineers. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating high performance multi-discipline engineering teams through the full engineering design lifecycle.

    You will plan and prioritise engineering activities and resources in order to get projects to completion; meeting quality schedule and budgetary requirements.

    You will also develop the capability of engineers by coaching and sharing your knowledge in a continuous professional development environment.

    As well as managing risks and identifying opportunities during the project lifecycle.

    You will help to create an environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Additionally, ensuring that the project deliverables meets the customer's requirements and contract specification. Lastly, you will communicate effectively, professionally and in a timely manner with internal personnel, external customers, consultants and subcontractors.

    You will have experience in system design and development of complex hardware and software systems together with proven experience in working collaboratively across multiple product development and specialist domain teams.

    Additionally, experience of writing technical documentation (plans, specifications, statements of work, reports).
