Role Definition
Here at CFC we are looking for an ambitious Learning and Development Administrator to join our growing team.

You will be the key point of contact for our employees delivering a first-class L&D experience throughout the wider business, and play a key rolein organizing events, liaising with external providers, booking training rooms and resources, sending pre-event-joining instructions, and you will be our LMS super-admin for CFC Learning (Learning Management System).


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Ensure employees are correctly identified and enrolled onto training courses with relevant information sent out and provided ahead of training taking place.
  • Track progress of learning participants (including attendance and course completion) and update relevant information on CFC Learning (LMS).
  • Handle and resolve training queries and requests from line managers and employees, escalating complex requests/issues to the L&D team and/or Manager.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders (including reception and external training suppliers) to ensure learning events are organised correctly and in a timely manner.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Good planning, organisation, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy of work as you will be regularly assisting in the creation of monthly L&D management information and reporting, and supporting audits etc.
  • Confident working alone for a percentage of your day, and as part of the L&D team to complete tasks, actions, and support L&D projects.
  • Familiar using MS Office (Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Basic Excel skills are desirable too.
  • Competent processing large amounts of data and information (super user admin of LMS).

Qualifications

  • Preferably educated at least to A-Level standard or equivalent.
