Description

Volume account or recruitment experience in a white-collar environment

Proven extensive experience sourcing and building talent in at least two of these areas
Devops or DevSecOps
UI/UX
IT Architecture
Programme & Project Management
Cyber Security
Recruitment across public sector and/or Government, Defence or security
Experience with Surge Augmentation or large scale demand over a short period

Package - Recruitment Resourcer

Basic salary of c.£3035k (depending on experience)
OTE of c.£25k on top uncapped commission
Development opportunity to Team Lead within 6 months
25 days holiday
2pm finish on Fridays
Smart casual office dress code
Flexiworking homebased for 2 days per week
Regular incentives and dinner / drinks
Company trips away

Managing multiple job roles at any time
Maintaining regular contact with Contractors and planning / managing followon assignments
