Junior Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy and Finance - c.£25k + comm. Exeter

Hybrid Working - Established Desk - 25 Days Holiday - Commission to 33% - Parking - Excellent Transport Links - Great Team - Average Billings of £200k per Consultant
This highly successful Accountancy agency is looking to hire additional Recruitment Consultants to further develop existing areas of business. Ideally you have 12-18 months recruitment experience in a professional staffing sector.


PACKAGE - Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy and Finance

  • Basic salary of c.£25k
  • Monthly commission structure up to 33%
  • Hybrid working 3 days office / 2 days home (can flex)
  • Full support and training
  • 25 days holiday

They are looking for self-motivated Recruitment Consultants to continue developing established areas of business.


CANDIDATE -Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy

  • Proven experience in a sales recruitment role
  • Able to selfmanage without KPI's and helicopter management
  • Comfortable with remote working
