Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments for managers or supervisors
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records of important information
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Provide general support to visitors

Skills:


  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Strong clerical skills with the ability to perform general office tasks
  • Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills
  • Typing speed and accuracy is required
  • Familiarity with computerized systems such as SAGE is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Proven experience in administrative roles

Salary:
£23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
