As a Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include

Office management duties ordering stationary, liaising with suppliers, renewing contracts.
Organising, coordinating & attending company events, including graduation.
Operating as a main point of contact for students and liaise with marketing to advertise.
Liaise with tutors and sponsors, ensuring paperwork is correct and prepared.
Organising lunch, accommodation and exam dates.
Managing and monitoring exam results.

We're looking for a Service Coordinator who has the following skills and experience

Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and strong IT skills.
Highly organised, ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative.
Strong team player with effective communication skills.
Flexible in approach and enthusiastic.
Have a positive and proactive attitude and contribute to company culture.
An energetic work ethic, demonstrating integrity and providing excellent customer service.

In return, the successful Service Coordinator will receive a salary of £21,000 to £24,000, plus the following benefits
