Our client is a beautiful hotel based in Earlswood, Solihull. We are looking for two well presented, professional receptionists to join the team.

As we are a small team, the reception/front of house team are also expected to look after the front of house during quieter times.

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
  • Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy of information
  • Manage reservations and room assignments
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
'''Qualifications'''

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Proficient in computer systems and software used in hotel operations


You will need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up and help out in all areas of the business.

You will work closely with the events team to maximise all enquiries.


Salary:
£10.42-£11.44 per hour
