KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Typing CV's and various letters
  • Maintaining accurate personnel and training records
  • Booking International travel and accommodation
  • Liaising with clients regarding travel and visa requirements
  • Maintaining various tracking spreadsheets in Excel
  • Setting up Teams Calls and Meetings
  • Booking of Offshore training courses
  • Administration support for Operations Manager and Director
  • Checking of Timesheets, Expenses and Invoices
  • Must be experienced in using Excel and able to create new tracking sheets if required
  • Proficient Word
  • Working in a small team so happy to get involved with various tasks and happy to go on the phone to confirm offshore trip dates etc. when required

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months

Part-time hours: 21 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
