Description

I am looking for an experienced and passionate Lead UX Designer / UX expert to join a growing IT team that are developing client-facing technology platform.


You will play a key role in building the centre of excellence for UX design, working closely with product owners, business analysts, designers and development teams across the business to create and shape key experiences, and build a consistent narrative across my clients solutions.

Initially you will report to the Product Owner for the BWebstream Platform - which is their online platform for delivering services to clients and professional contacts through the web.


The role can be located at the Bristol office with attractive hybrid home-working (majority from home) and flexibility, where you can share your time between your home and the office.


Responsibilities:

A champion for all-things UX, promoting design excellence across the business

Support and mentor our designers across the business

Create and present concepts, wireframes, prototypes, interaction and screen designs

Collaborate with our software teams on the creation and roll-out of a user interface design standard and UI toolkits

Work with our product teams to capture feedback, carry out competitor analysis, user research and usability studies
