Description
FinTech is recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Assistant based in Altens, Aberdeen. This is a temporary contract position, starting ASAP for approx. 6 months, working on full time hours in office.


Main duties include:

  • Credit Control Support
  • Processing of Purchase Invoices
  • Monthly Supplier Statement Reconciliation
  • Preparation and Processing of Weekly Payment Runs
  • Assisting with Month End Close Processes
  • Providing Ad Hoc Support to the Accounting and Reporting Manager
  • Other Ad Hoc Tasks and Office Duties as required
  • Previous experience in a Finance Department an advantage but not essential
  • Good Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Experience of dealing with customers and suppliers
  • Professional Manner
  • Good Organisational Skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£12.00-£16.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Aberdeen: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
