FinTech is recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Assistant based in Altens, Aberdeen. This is a temporary contract position, starting ASAP for approx. 6 months, working on full time hours in office.Main duties include:
- Credit Control Support
- Processing of Purchase Invoices
- Monthly Supplier Statement Reconciliation
- Preparation and Processing of Weekly Payment Runs
- Assisting with Month End Close Processes
- Providing Ad Hoc Support to the Accounting and Reporting Manager
- Other Ad Hoc Tasks and Office Duties as required
- Previous experience in a Finance Department an advantage but not essential
- Good Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Experience of dealing with customers and suppliers
- Professional Manner
- Good Organisational Skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
£12.00-£16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Aberdeen: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
