Description

Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing project budgets and monitoring the spend to ensure costs are kept within budget and variations reported.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, managing interdependencies between workstreams and projects, resolving issues or blockers in the project delivery.
  • Effectively use project management tools and methodologies to implement and conform to agreed standards, processes and templates in order to ensure appropriate methods are adopted.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure project delivery meets business needs.
  • Preparing MI data, project reports and various dashboards for senior stakeholders.
  • Actively undertaking personal development to ensure up to date knowledge and skills.
  • Developing excellent leadership skills and building high performance teams.
  • Effectively manage the team to ensure that people, resources and processes are aligned with business needs and fit for purpose.
  • Contributing to the identification and development of opportunities to enhance and develop business units, challenging the norm, as and where appropriate.
  • Strong Project Management skills and experience in Agile Delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
- ability to build and manage relationships, engage and manage stakeholders effectively, resolving issues and understanding drivers/needs, ability to negotiate and influence.

  • Qualification in Project Management and Agile Delivery.
  • Knowledge of Corporate insurance industry
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problemsolving abilities.
  • Good business acumen and understanding of a large corporate organization's strategic goals and objectives
