Description

Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Developing project budgets and monitoring the spend to ensure costs are kept within budget and variations reported.
Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, managing interdependencies between workstreams and projects, resolving issues or blockers in the project delivery.
Effectively use project management tools and methodologies to implement and conform to agreed standards, processes and templates in order to ensure appropriate methods are adopted.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure project delivery meets business needs.
Preparing MI data, project reports and various dashboards for senior stakeholders.
Actively undertaking personal development to ensure up to date knowledge and skills.
Developing excellent leadership skills and building high performance teams.
Effectively manage the team to ensure that people, resources and processes are aligned with business needs and fit for purpose.
Contributing to the identification and development of opportunities to enhance and develop business units, challenging the norm, as and where appropriate.
Strong Project Management skills and experience in Agile Delivery
Excellent stakeholder management skills

- ability to build and manage relationships, engage and manage stakeholders effectively, resolving issues and understanding drivers/needs, ability to negotiate and influence.

Qualification in Project Management and Agile Delivery.
Knowledge of Corporate insurance industry
Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problemsolving abilities.
Good business acumen and understanding of a large corporate organization's strategic goals and objectives
