Job Profile Summary:
Provision of on-going Sales Support & Client Service to European client sand sales teams.
This is a unique opportunity to closely support the EMEA Sales teams while learning about the rest of our market leading business and our clients.
Responsibilities:
Sales Support
- Organisation of client meetings and due diligence visits
- Communication and support to sales teams on new products, changes to product range etc.
- Recording and maintaining prospects, product Interests and opportunities In Man Edge
- Resolution of operational and product queries
- Correct allocation of all Inflows for sates teams and intermediaries
- Input as required for all projects Impacting Sales Teams
- Support with Communications, Marketing and Client Events as required
Intermediary Support
- Implementation of new Commercial Agreements (Intermediary, Rebate, Platform agreements etc.)
- Ongoing maintenance of Commercial Agreements and resolution of any queries on same
- Provision of fund marketing material as required
- Resolution of operational and product queries
- Communication and support to Intermediary network on new products, changes to product range etc.
- Organisation of bespoke reporting arrangements as required
Transaction Support
- Provision of fund dealing documentation as required
- Management of VIP/Complex Investor Transactions with relevant TPA Management of Deal Exception/Special Deal arrangements
- Assist with the opening and closing of funds
- Escalation point for Sales and Intermediaries in relation to any TPA service issues including assistance with error resolution as necessary
Team Subject Matter Expert
- Act as team SME in relation to performance reporting and portfolio management interaction with regards to the required entity and structured products
- Act as team SME in relation to Commercial Agreements
- Assist other team members as necessary with these areas
- Key Skills & Experience:
- Degree educated preferably with some relevant Industry qualifications (IMC etc.)
- Preferably with an asset management background. This role would suit someone who has knowledge of how funds are marketed to EMEA clients
- Understanding and experience with client onboarding, agreements and general client services would be beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment
- European languages beneficia
