    Job Title: Teacher (Alternative Provision)

    Progress Schools is on the lookout for dynamic and creative Teachers to join our alternative education community If you're passionate about fostering a love for learning, embracing diversity, and encouraging students to think beyond the traditional, we want to hear from you

    At Progress Schools – High Wycombe we support approximately 20 pupils on roll to ensure that we can provide ample opportunities for children who need a nurturing, encouraging and supportive environment, specifically for those who will reintegrate back into a mainstream setting. The school consists of a core team of the Head of School, three teachers, and three support staff. Further support is also provided by regional and national staff, who work with a number of schools across our group.

    About you:

    • Teachers - to hold, or be willing to work towards, QTS/QTLS
    • Tutors – to have a degree or equivalent and be willing to work towards a teaching qualification.
    • Proven track record of raising attainment, supporting behavioural challenges and demonstrating high levels of pastoral care.
    • Enthusiastic about alternative education methodologies
    • A commitment to holistic student development
    • Ready to bring fresh ideas and creativity to the classroom and outside it
    • Passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives
