Customer Services/ Sales Administrator£22,000- £25,000

Permanent
Monday - Friday 8.30am
- 5.30pm (Part Time hours considered)
Duties
- Processing orders
- Raising customer quotations.
- Dealing with customer queries relating to nondelivery of goods, delivery queries, prices charged and POD's.
- Raising customer credits when required
- Supporting the external Sales Team.
- Raising reports and supporting the Sales Director
Skills required
- Computer literate
- Good understanding of Excel & Word.
- Good Telephone Manner
- Excellent Communication skills
- Attention to detail
