Description

The University of Oxford is a stimulating work environment, which enjoys an international reputation as a world-class centre of excellence.

Our research plays a key role in tackling many global challenges, from reducing our carbon emissions to developing vaccines during a pandemic.

We are looking for reliable, conscientious individuals to add to our register of Invigilators.

The appointment is offered on an 'as required' basis throughout the year, with the majority of sessions occurring between March and the end of June (possibly including Saturdays and Bank Holidays).

Invigilators are scheduled on a session by session basis, in multiples of half days or whole days, according to their availability.

There are 16 posts available.

The work involves laying out documentation onto desks, some basic administration, and the invigilation of each examination session. Sessions are normally 4.5 hrs.

Please note:

that if any current graduates in the University wish to apply, then such applicants must hold Probationer Research Student status or status for one of the following degrees: M.Sc.

by Research, M.Litt., or D.Phil.


Application Process
Interviews are planned to take place on Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 February 2024 and will be held in-person.
