Full Time

Based at Wokingham

Salary:
£24,000 - £26,000

The UK Customer Service Department is a busy team providing the very best service relations to our customers across UK.

Recent success has seen the team achieve record performance level, achieving the highest ever volumes of generated quotes on record.


The role of Customer Service Executive is to provide continued excellent customer service by providing effective solutions to our customers aircraft safety equipment requirements.

Raising quotes efficiently and accurately whilst processing approvals timely to meet the objectives of the company.

The role is an integral part of Avia Technique's success liaising with other departments in a proactive manner to gain responses and real time updates for customers; in turn providing the very best customer service.


Key responsibilities and accountabilities:


  • Regular communication with the workshops logistics and all other departments in order to provide updates to customers.
  • Raise and send all quotes as a department in line with the departmental turnaround target of 0.5 days.
  • Raise weekly status reports for our top 20 customers and any other customers as requested and conduct status/progress/update/contact calls weekly or biweekly as agreed with the customer.
  • Ensure that any other office duties assigned are carried out on time daily.
  • Assist with other administration tasks as required.

Requirements:

1-2 years' experience of working in a similar role - _Desirable_

Good Computer Skills including Microsoft Office - _Essential_

Excellent communication and numeracy skills - _Essential_

Strong prioritisation skills and ability to manage own workload - _Essential_

Self-motivated - _Essential_
