The role
We are looking for a Third Party Relationship Executive


The Third Party Team supports the wider Collections and Recoveries function to maximise recovery opportunities on insolvent accounts in a variety of corporate and personal processes to protect investor returns.

What will you be doing?

  • Sending timely panel instructions within required SLA in line with Allocations policy
  • Updating Insolvency Instructions tracker with new referrals
  • Engaging in Monthly Account Management meetings with external stakeholders/panel firms, contributing with updates
  • Management of case related queries and exchanges of information
  • Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your daytoday

What we're looking for

  • Strong administrative and coordination skills
  • A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Good relationship management skills and the ability to build rapport with external Stakeholders
  • A positive and practical approach to problem solving
  • The ability to work to deadlines and manage a busy workload
