The role
We are looking for a Third Party Relationship Executive

The Third Party Team supports the wider Collections and Recoveries function to maximise recovery opportunities on insolvent accounts in a variety of corporate and personal processes to protect investor returns.

What will you be doing?

Sending timely panel instructions within required SLA in line with Allocations policy
Updating Insolvency Instructions tracker with new referrals
Engaging in Monthly Account Management meetings with external stakeholders/panel firms, contributing with updates
Management of case related queries and exchanges of information
Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your daytoday

What we're looking for

Strong administrative and coordination skills
A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
Good relationship management skills and the ability to build rapport with external Stakeholders
A positive and practical approach to problem solving
The ability to work to deadlines and manage a busy workload
