We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced New Homes Property Consultant to join our highly successful and expanding New Homes Division.

This role will be based on a large development site in the Dunmow area, as a stand alone representative you will oversee the whole site and take ownership for the overall sales process.

There is a show home on site, the majority of the units have been built and are ready to sell, with future phases planned.

Duties will include but not limited to;

Booking appointments and conducting site viewings
Proactive lead generation and work closely with the local branch
Dealing with offers and reservations fees
Showcasing building warranties, promoting services such as mortgages
All aspects of sales progression

Essential Requirements:

Selfmotivated and target driven
Exceptional customer service skills
Previous sales experience is essential, with previous experience working on a new homes development.
Excellent communication skills.
Proactive lead generation skills

Salary & Benefits
The basic salary for this role is £30,000 to £32,000 per annum, dependning on experience, plus financial incentives offering an
OTE of circa £50,000 per annum
