Corporate Receptionist

Edinburgh City Centre | office based roles

Temp roles up to £12.50 per hour | Perm roles up to £25,000 salary

Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with a number of clients in Edinburgh who are looking for Front of House Receptionists for their corporate offices.

We have both temporary & permanent opportunities available with very competitive pay rates & salaries attached.

Duties involved in these roles will include:

  • Handling incoming calls, transferring calls & passing on messages
  • Dealing with any visitors & guests to the office
  • Ensuring that the front desk area is consistently kept in good order
  • Sorting & distributing incoming mail, collecting & sending outgoing mail and arranging couriers when required
  • Raising any facilities issues or required repairs, ensuring these are completed in good time
  • Setting up meeting rooms & providing refreshments when required
  • Controlling office access requests and maintaining the entry system
  • Various ad hoc Reception duties as required

In order to be considered for these role your skills and experience should include:

  • Previous experience within a Receptionist role, preferably within a Corporate or Professional Services setting
  • First class communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a very busy workload effectively
