Description

We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our current Operations team within Pod where you'll help support the Operations Director with the day-to-day running of the business.

It's a varied role where no two days are the same


What's the role?
It's a really varied role, and broadly covers the below areas:

  • Office management: keeping the office running, stocked up and tidy to make it a productive space for our team and speaking to our office suppliers, as well as supporting our team when they are working from home
  • Marketing admin: supporting the marketing team with rolling out Pod's marketing strategy
  • IT and tech: helping fix any issues (with our IT support company) and helping to set up and roll out new technology
  • Data management and admin: helping us with internal reports and making sure our database is being used correctly
  • General admin: keeping everyone organised, booking travel/events and supporting the leadership team

Who are you?

  • We'd love you to have experience in a similar role, or have worked in an adminbased role and are looking for the next step or something a bit more hands on
  • We'd love someone with recruitment sector experience, but this isn't mandatory
  • You're the sort of person who loves to keep things tidy and organised
  • You have an interest in technology
  • You're proactive, can think on your feet and are able to juggle a few things at once
