Description
Our client, a motor dealership based in Horwich are looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and prestigious dealership and work with a successful team.

The Service Advisor is a vital role in the customer journey and so previous experience within a similar role is vital for this position.

The main duties of this Service Advisor role will include:

  • Meeting and greeting service customers on arrival to the service department
  • Booking customer's cars in for service/MOT
  • Coordinating the movements of the customer vehicles through the service centre
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Updating customer details on the CRM system
  • Liaising with existing customers to advise of new products and services
  • Daily preparation of job cards
  • Undertaking follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Providing a reminder service to customers who are prebooked
  • Liaising with colleagues to provide information on the status of their vehicles
  • General administration tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service
  • Good working knowledge of IT Packages any industry specific packages are highly desirable
  • Be organised and methodical and able to juggle a busy environment with ever changing priorities
  • Be personable and able to develop, maintain and nurture customer relationships to encourage and ensure repeat business
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Be a team player and able to work in a busy service area
  • Able to work on own initiative when required
