Executive Assistant - West End - up to £50k

Hybrid working, 09:30:17:30

Wise May are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our client, an extremely busy Investment company based in the West End.

Duties to include:


  • Provide EA support to include the below
  • Document & Presentation production
  • Extensive Travel arrangements including visas
  • Entertaining coordination & logistics e.g. dinners and events
  • Drafting correspondence, agendas, invites etc.
  • Expenses & Timesheets
  • Clientrelated support on Dynamics accounting system
  • Some ad hoc Personal support

Skills:


  • Strong ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver
  • Displays importance of discretion and confidentiality
  • Responsible for the proactive management of inbox and calendar
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Cando, positive attitude, strong ownership and selfmotivation
  • Ability to draft communications on behalf of Partners
