Are you an experienced Production Supervisor looking for a new challenge within a growing, local company?
Brightwell have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor who is keen to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of staff within the production department, ensuring that the Company's targets and objectives are met and meetcustomer requirements.
Brightwell Dispensers Group is a global designer and leading manufacturer of innovative soap, paper and chemical dispensers, dilution equipment and dosing systems.
Our product ranges cover all hygiene environments such as away-from-home washrooms, healthcare and leisure facilities, on-premise and industrial laundries and professional kitchens.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Completing production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing Company standards.
- Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviours expected of them.
- To manage, develop, appraise and motivate employees' performance and ensure good communication is given verbally and/or written to members of staff.
- To understand ISOH requirements and be able to oversee and/or carry out risk assessments within a specified area.
- Feedback to the management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities to optimise results and improve quality of delivery in line with quality standards and customer requirements.
You will be able to demonstrate:
- At least 3 years in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong team leadership and motivation skills.
Salary:
£28,000 - £33,000, dependent on experience.

Pension scheme, 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays, Benefits Hub, Cycle to work scheme.
