The Role - Lettings Coordinator


Pinnacle Group are looking for a Lettings Coordinator to support the business in achieving set targets on contracts to ensure properties are let within a timely manner and within contracultural timescales.

Ensuring compliance and legal requirements are met.

Working Pattern:
This is a full time role Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm and offers a hybrid working pattern.


Duties/Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls from all customer base
  • Contacting nominated tenants
  • Qualifying applicants
  • Arranging and scheduling viewings
  • Creating tenancy on CRM system
  • Completing reference checks and or partnering with income team to complete affordability checks
  • Arranging check in/check out appointments
  • Raising tenancy agreements
  • Finalising start of tenancy
  • Completing utility notifications
  • Processing end of tenancy
  • Completing change of tenancy process
  • Liaising with various councils and advising of property availability
  • Arranging viewings and signups
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Raising lease agreements for landlords
  • Processing Landlord lease renewals
  • Complying data required for reporting and business KPIs
  • Supporting Property Managers when required

Skills Required:


  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Strong numeric and analytical skills with the ability to operate and efficiently and within tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate in oral and written information concisely, logically and effectively to all parties
  • Good time management skills
  • Good knowledge of IT
  • Positive cando attitude and able to adapt to a diverse client base
  • Worked within accommodation or customer service business
  • Understanding of housing and welfare benefit related issues
