The Role - Day Concierge - 7am to 7pm
Pinnacle Group are looking for an experience and enthusiastic Concierge to be part of a team delivering outstanding customer service to a highend, prviate residential housing estate in the Battersea area.
The most important attribute to this job is excellent customer service, hard work and dedication, and the desire to make a difference in what can be a challenging and rewarding environment.
This is a Day Concierge position where the suitable applicant will be doing 7am to 7pm, 4 days on, 4 days off.
Duties/Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and residents
- Acting as the point of reference for visitors, Contractors and others who need assistance or information
- Application of Pinnacle Values
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Procedures, lone working
- Facilitate Contractors' visits
- Parcel, Key and Laundry Services
- Issue communications to all residents, draft logs and breach update trackers
- Maintain inventory and stock of supplies for concierge desk
- Conduct regular patrols and site inspections
- Any other duties outlined by your Line Manager
Skills Required:
- Professional attitude to service provision
- Ability to resolve complaints effectively and within procedures
- Can do attitude
- Ability to work as an individual and part of a team
- Flexible approach
- Friendly and helpful, polite and courteous
- Experience of working with the public is essential, ideally in a service related, customer facing capacity
