What you will be doing...

Please note that this role will be offered as a salaried 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
As our
Senior CRM Executive, you'll have access to a wide range of benefits including:

What you'll be doing:


  • You'll collaborate with your line manager to optimise operational processes for increased efficiency and develop and maintain efficient workflow processes to ensure the timely delivery of each campaign and project.
  • You'll work collaboratively with the wider Marketing team, such as Content, Apps, CX, Campaigns, Analytics, and other key business stakeholders to manage the daytoday operational aspects of the CRM channels.

What you'll have:


  • This role will suit an engaging and enthusiastic person, who can work on their own initiative and who is passionate about the travel industry.
  • You'll be meticulous, deadlinedriven, and able to multitask with solid organisational and time management skills.
  • You'll have a passion for ensuring that everything we do is customer focused and have demonstrable experience of managing teams and campaigns of a similar nature
