The opportunity:
Care Assistant, Carer, Healthcare Assistant, friend, advisor, coachthe list goes on.

This is one of the most rewarding roles out there and could the first step to your lifelong career in care.

With a dedicated Learning & Development Team, we will provide all the training you need, such as All Wales Induction Framework to ensure that you succeed and excel in this role We provide the training - we can teach you how to do the role.

What we need from you:

  • Communication skills this is a very social job. You will be working closely with other care assistants, nurses, domestic and kitchen assistants, so it's important that you can communicate well, ask questions, work well with others and share ideas. • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care you will need to hold this qualification or be willing (and eager) to work towards it, with support from our dedicated learning and development team.
  • Time management skills this can be a very busy and demanding role, so you will need to manage your own time, work well as part of a team, use your own initiative to work alone and be able to prioritize your workload.
