What to expect
The Process Delivery Team Lead position is responsible for leading a team within the UK to deliver Hire to Retire processes and will be empowered to drive exceptional performance through daily start up meetings, ticket allocations, performance tracking, ticket escalations, problem resolution and so much more
The Process Delivery Lead will also support the cross-skilling of team members, ensure robust document management to improve flexibility, and will be the first point of contact for a small, offshored team based in India.
With an ever-increasing focus on employee experience and efficiencies, this role will support the team in identifying process improvement opportunities and working with key stakeholders to see them through to implementation.

Key Accountabilities and
Responsibilities
- Manage a team that administers UK Hire to Retire processes e.g. family leave requests, benefits administration, lifecycle SAP related transactions and businessasusual changes through the employee master data system I.e. SAP.
- Manage team workload through daily HR ticket allocation ensuring processes are delivered within agreed timeframes (SLAs) with a key focus on employee experience.
- Dotted line responsibility for an offshore team in India administering specific UK processes, including identification of offshore opportunities.
- Monitor capacity and demand of the team to help inform Process Delivery Manager when making resourcing decisions.
- Support multiskilling of Process Delivery team over time to increase team flexibility.
- Ensure rigorous process management through effective documentation, storage and review of processes.
- Support the team in identification of process optimisation and offshore opportunities and work with key stakeholders to deliver the change.
- Work with Process Owners as a point of escalation where process guidance is required.
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested.
What you'll need
- Previous experience of working in a customer service role
- Previous experience of leading or coordinating a team
- Proven stakeholder management experience, including driving action from others to ensure deadlines are met with quality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively within the team and across peer groups.
- Strong problemsolving skills, with a proven track record of driving work from problem identification to resolution
- Commercially astute with an ability to understand the business function that this role support.
- An individual who is results driven, demonstrating tenacity, drive and perseverance with the ability to deliver operational plans in a complex, highly demanding environment.
- A resilient, energetic and enthusiastic individual, able to deliver results under pressure, whilst responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs
