What will this role achieve?

ATM's are accountable for line efficiency, product and process delivery, the site

targets for PPM's, downtime and achieving a production plan that ensure

customer supply. The role will require the flexibility to work site shift patterns.

ATM's will work effectively with others as part of a team consisting of Team

Members & TC's, who have all of the skills to align with quality, safety and any

other requirements.

What will be your key deliverables?

You will be the first point of contact when machinery breaks down
Own the Engineering expectations for PPM (services) delivery, highlight when

engineering resource / skills are required and maintain plant effectiveness

through the planned maintenance program.

Ensure Quality standards compliance against all Customer expectations.
Deliver the production plan and develop and maintain good communications /

working relationships between Manufacturing and Planning to ensure Customer

Service levels are delivered.

This role requires you to be an excellent communicator and able to communicate at all

levels internally and externally. Some degree of flexibility is required as the role requires

extensive travelling to pladis UK factories and potentially Northern Europe on occasion.
