Job Title:
Apprenticeship Onboarding Support


Hours of Work: 37.5 hours p/w


Salary:
£21, £24,000 per annum

Summary of Role:
In 2020 Educ8 developed a digital process to replace our paper-based processes for both learner and customer onboarding. Our onboarding process is the process by which learners and their employer sign up to an apprenticeship qualification.


The role involves working closely with the Customer Account Management team, to complete efficient onboarding administrative support for Educ8's Apprenticeship Programmes.


The Apprenticeship Onboarding Support is critical to link administrative requirements, including liaising with employers, learners and other stakeholders as appropriate; providing an excellent level of customer service at all times.

The role acts as a point of contact for the team and customers with queries regarding the Educ8 Group's training provision.
