Merrifield Consultants are delighted to partner with a leading research charity to find a proactive and creative Senior Individual Giving Fundraiser to develop and manage individual giving across the charity.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the individual giving programme focused around regular and payroll giving, cash appeals, gifts in wills and in memory giving.

Job Responsibilities:

To write engaging and compelling copy for multichannel appeals
To work closely with our Database & Operations Officer and Digital Manager to gain greater audience insight to help improve communication and a tailored supportercentric approach for retention and recruitment of supporters
To work collaboratively across teams to help generate leads for other areas of giving

Personal Specification:

Experience in one or more of: individual and regular giving, Gifts in Wills or Memoriam, digital marketing and a proven track record in achieving results
Skilled at developing effective relationships with internal and external parties at all levels
Excellent planning and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently under own initiative and cooperatively as part of a fundraising team

This is the perfect role for an Individual Giving fundraiser looking to step up into a more senior role and put their stamp on the role
