About the Engagement Team
Their core output is to drive long-term sustainable revenue growth across a diverse client base. This involves developing strong client relationships, leading new initiatives and being an advocate for addressable TV / Finecast.


About the role
The Engagement Executive role is based in London (26 Red Lion Square, Holborn) and reports into Katherine Buchan. You'll also be working closely with Client Services, Marketing & Operations.


Revenue:

  • With support of Manager & Director, ensure that product revenue goals (monthly/quarterly/annually) are achieved across Mindshare & mSix. Work with key implementation stakeholders to ensure that Finecast products are adopted across all relevant clients.
  • Working with the Mindshare and mSix agency stakeholders to provide an accurate forecast across all products for the quarterly GroupM submissions.

Evangelise:

  • Educate and inspire clients regarding Addressable TV propositions and products.
  • Encourage interagency coordination, engage effectively and driving adoption of Finecast products whilst developing the business into other areas within the agencies e.g. closer coordination with comms planners, heads of insight
  • Help build and then maintain strong collateral pieces relevant to the group, agencies, and clients by liaising with product team members to understand proposition, product features and KPIs.

Grow:

  • Develop points of view to give guidance on core topics like audience, inventory, data sources and measurement.
  • Support client strategy development, presentations, and pitches as necessary with advice, materials, fresh content and build collateral.

About you

We're looking for:

  • Strong interest and thirst to learn and develop understanding in the digital and AV environments.
  • Solid presentation skills with a base to learn and adapt from.
  • Significant evidence of having developed and executed on process/workflow/best practice business projects. Ensure resource allocation across your team is appropriate and will deliver the desired outcome.
