Business Development Executive (Lead Generation)

Basic Salary up to £30,000 + Monthly Commission OTE annual £20,000 PLUS Excellent Benefits Package

London -
Southwark Hours: 8:00 - 17:00pm

For this position, we are looking for the following experience:

You've had sales training, and have ideally have experience in B2B sales
Previous experience of working in a sales environment
You can build close relationships quickly, and develop deep levels of trust that enable you to persuade and influence decisionmaking
You are passionately committed to going above and beyond for your customers, pulling in whatever resources you need to deliver the best experience for them
You can simplify the most complex topics in a way that anyone can understand
You're driven to work in a fastpaced, ambiguous, everchanging start up environment, and can organise & prioritise your work independentlyYou are committed to selfdevelopment, whether independently or with your team

Key responsibilities:

Finding and qualifying new business opportunities through cold calling/lead generation
15 new qualified leads per week
To comply with all company policies and procedures that relate to antibribery, quality, environment and health and safety
Managing the phone and making phone calls to an existing base of customers
Meet and exceed targets given to you
