Responsibilities:


The role will consist of office-based work as part of a small team, with a strong focus on taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to acquire and retain customers.

Maintain accurate customer records and update information.

Assist customers with inquiries, account questions, and troubleshooting.

Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Assisting with field marketing activities such as demonstrations, exhibitions and leaflet drops.

Distributing of promotional literature as required and communicating details of new products or promotions to customers.


You need to be flexible and willing to learn all roles within the company as you may be required to cover other roles when others are absent.

You may be required to make deliveries of meals.

You may be required to pick orders in the freezer.


The ultimate goal is to provide a service to our customers that exceeds expectations while at the same time continuously improving efficiencies.


Essential requirements:

Strong communication skills

Use of computers

Evidence of commitment and stability

Good Attendance and timekeeping

Flexibility

Secondary Education

Full UK Driving License

Willingness to carry out a CRB check


Desirable:

Experience within customer service

Health and Safety Training

Marketing Experience


Salary:
£10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lichfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
