Customer Support - Chester, United Kingdom - Bridge of Hope

Adecco are so proud to be recruiting for a Customer Support on behalf of our well-established and expanding client.You will be responsible for building rapport with customers, processing orders and up-selling where possible.
Salary:
£21,000 p/annum
Location:
Chester City Centre
Duration: 6 month contract
Hours:
Monday-Friday.
You will need to be flexible to work a rota of three shifts between the hours of 7.45am and 5pm ("early, standard, late").
Responsibilities:
- Calling customers weekly to process their orders, ensuring they have the best available stock for their sites.
- Handling incoming queries quickly and efficiently, whilst providing a great customer service.
- Upselling and crossselling where possible to drive sales.
Key skills and experience:
- Excellent customer service skills with a brilliant telephone manner.
- Having a 'can do', positive attitude.
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to use Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
