    Interim Technology Finance Business Partner - High-Growth Software Business

    Stanton House is currently recruiting for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join an exciting High-Growth Software Business on a 6–12-month Contract.

    The is paying up to £450 - £550 per day Outside IR35 (depending on experience) and a hybrid working arrangement in the Midlands (3 days per week).

    Although this is an interim role, it could potentially be a permanent opportunity for the right person.

    Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and providing financial insights to support decision-making.

    Developing and maintaining strong relationships across various departments to foster effective communication and alignment on financial goals and strategies.

    Act as the primary point of contact for business units, providing financial insights and support without direct supervision or a team in this capacity.

    Focusing on budget management and critically questioning budget allocations to optimise financial resources effectively.
    Conducting a thorough analysis of expenditure patterns and identifying areas for cost optimisation or efficiency improvements.
    Utilising a software background to enhance financial analysis processes and leverage technology for improved insights.
    Responsible for monitoring and discussing Profit and Loss (P&L) and balance sheet performance collaboratively with business stakeholders.
    Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).

    Self-motivated and proactive individual capable of independently driving initiatives as a Finance Business Partner within a collaborative business environment.

    Demonstrating initiative by taking proactive steps to address financial challenges and drive business improvements without constant direction.
