We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is looking for committed Customer Service Advisor in the S4 area of Sheffield.

You will provide a wide range of duties to support the administration services operational contract team in a small call center environment.


About the Position:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to help us serve our customers. You will be the first point of contact with our customers. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives will be responsible for managing incoming calls, customer service requests, and outgoing calls.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to inquiries, maintain high customer satisfaction, and increase company profitability by responding to customer complaints and queries.


Responsibilities:


Manage a large number of incoming calls

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods tools/solutions/resources etc.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
Working hours are Monday-Friday 4 x shifts between 8am-6pm


Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
£10.42 per hour


Schedule:
