Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Produce all products within the 3D department
  • Assist setters to run the foiling lines when required
  • Pack all products within the foiling & 3D departments
  • Hit relevant KPI's.

TASKS:

  • Work area and surrounding area to be always kept clean and tidy.
  • Ensure all work is carried out within current Health & Safety standards, reporting any failure/defects to your manager.
  • Be able to hit relevant KPI's; i.e run speeds, OTIF, scrap levels, tool change times.
  • Be able to spray, foil & trim all products within the 3D department.
  • Be able to assist foiling setters in running the line i.e feed in or cut off on all lines.
  • Be able to pack all products within the foiling & 3D departments

OUTPUT:

  • KPI's (as above)

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to work reasonable amounts of overtime to cover holidays and sickness as required.
  • Must be able to work 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off shift pattern if required.
  • 3D Operatives only days 4 on 4 off pattern.
  • Must be able to complete the training requirements to comply with tasks involved in the role.
