Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls professionally and provide information about products or services
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products or services to customers as per company guidelines
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a courteous manner
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to upsell products or services effectively
- Competency in data entry tasks with attention to detail
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus for assisting diverse customers

From £25,036.87 per year
