Responsibilities:


  • Answer inbound calls professionally and provide information about products or services
  • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell products or services to customers as per company guidelines
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a courteous manner

Skills:


  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Ability to upsell products or services effectively
  • Competency in data entry tasks with attention to detail
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus for assisting diverse customers

Job Types:

From £25,036.87 per year
