Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Organise and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments.
  • Perform data entry tasks.

Requirements:


  • One to two years of administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Calendar programs are helpful.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail, reliable, and is extremely organized

Salary:
£20,190.00-£24,548.00 per year
