Note:
This role would be for our London branch.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop relationships with customers and build trust.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
  • Stay up to date on product information and industry trends.
  • Analyse sales data to identify areas of improvement.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction.

Requirements and skills:


  • Proven experience as sales advisor or other customer service/sales role.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems and databases.
  • Able to balance a customeroriented and a resultsdriven environment.
  • Patient and comfortable dealing with complaints.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 18 per week


Salary:
£10.92-£13.00 per hour

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

  • United Kingdom (preferred)
