Location - Head Office Aldgate London - Hybrid Working

Due to growth we have a requirement for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support our Fitout, Retail and Logistics and Distribution (L&D) business

The Role

Key deliverables

Be responsible for talent mapping across all markets e.g. by position, function and geography.
Sourcing for current ISG vacancies and accompany the delivery team on briefings of major projects or key roles

Be responsible for pipelining talent by creating and adding to talent pools to ensure that the Talent Acquisition team is working in a strategic manner and adding significant value to ISG.

Help to manage referrals and encourage referrals across the business and ensure the scheme is easy to use and reward is commensurate with the role being recruited.

Help to manage the applicant database and keep accurate data.

You'll be supported in your training and development, developing your experience in the internal recruitment world

What do you need ?

Agency and / or in house recruitment experience preferred but not essential
Experience of advising and supporting managers with the recruitment process including searching, shortlisting and interviewing beneficial but not essential
Prior construction recruitment knowledge is a benefit but not essential
Prior experience using LinkedIn, job boards and social media
Professional, pro-active approach, be an effective communicator and well organised
Able to communicate articulately, positively and effectively
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook and database packages
